We recommend...


1.		I no longer wish to receive your e-Newsletters. What do I do?
		You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by sending an email to administrator@pictureawards.net advising us that you wish to unsubscribe. We will remove the email address from our Mailing List; however if you unsubscribe and then register to enter the Awards in the future, you will be automatically added again.

2.		I receive more than one copy of mailings from you. Why is this?
		Each time you Register we use the email address that you quote and add it to our mailing list. If you registered last year and registered this year with a different email address then you may be on our list twice (with the two different email addresses). Additionally, if you automatically forward mail from an old email address to a new one, we will send you two Newsletters as we will still have two different email addresses listed. If you no longer wish for our mailing list to be sent to a particular email address, please contact us (administrator@pictureawards.net), telling us your name and giving us the email address(es) you wish to remove from future mailings.

3.		I registered to be on your mailing list but do not appear to receive your Newsletters. Why is this?
		Most people will receive our Newsletter with no problem. However, some email providers such as Hotmail or AOL will require you to add our email address to a 'safe list'. To learn how to do this, visit our mailing list help.
