If you have registered to be added to our Mailing List (or entered the Awards last year) but you have not received our recent Newsletters, you may need to make sure that your email account is set up to receive news and information from us.

The following are instructions for email providers that may treat newsletters as 'junk mail', which may assist. If you have tried this and still did not receive our Newsletters (check here for when the most recent ones were sent), please contact us, advising what email provider you use (e.g. Hotmail, or a Newspaper email address) and we will assist you on an individual basis.

Mail > Options > Filters
Click “Add” to create a new filter
Filter Name – enter a memorable name to identify this filter in the future
1st Row:
From Header: set to “Contains” type in administrator@pictureawards.net
Then: Move message to: select “Inbox” from the dropdown menu
You can use this tool to block or allow email in your account by filtering for characteristics and sending them directly to a specific folder in your mailbox.

Be sure to also check that 'administrator@pictureawards.net' is not in your blocked list!

Log into your mailbox >
Click “Safe List” in the Left navigation bar >
Type in our email address: administrator@pictureawards.net
Be sure to also check that 'administrator@pictureawards.net' is not in your blocked list!

Add our email address to your “Custom Sender List”
Open your mailbox and select:
Settings >
Spam Controls >
Additional Spam Controls > Control who I Get Mail From>
Select the radial button beside: Custom Sender List and add in administrator@pictureawards.net
Be sure to also check that 'administrator@pictureawards.net' is not in your blocked list!

Add our email address, administrator@pictureawards.net to your “Safe List”

Look in the “Junk Folder” for our email.
Right click on the line and select “add to Safe List” from the pop-up menu.
Or
Check the box beside our email address in the Junk Folder and click “Not Junk” in the top navigation bar.
Be sure to also check that 'administrator@pictureawards.net' is not in your blocked list!
